Leadership is transparent and seems to know what they are doing. They are honest and always have an open-door policy.

Compensation is evaluated quite often and DOD always seems to be trying to stay up with market value and compensation trends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is upbeat and positive. The outlook of the future is there and it's exciting to be a part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do and what we are doing for the US. Better access to more affordable healthcare. Our patients are our main priority and it shows.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy my team. I enjoy coming to work and interacting with them. DOD hires FT employees that are a great match with the culture. Some of the contractors aren't as good.
