Executive Accountability and Follow Through. Less talk and more action. Everything is for show. Matching colors, big speaches, little action, and when there is follow through its exactly opposite of what they preach.
Transparancy and an end to game playing. Practicing the model of behaviors they push out to staff. Less worry about image and more about reality. Also follow through if you push out an idea it takes real cultivation to make it grow. If you just say it didnt work and move on to fast, you have nothing
