I've felt well looked after as a staff nurse, especially in comparison to what I hear other nurses experience at hospitals near by. there's always room for improvement, but I'm happy here.

More Staffing and Resources!!!! Growth of services does not occur with less staffing and the same resources from a decade ago.

Executive Accountability and Follow Through. Less talk and more action. Everything is for show. Matching colors, big speaches, little action, and when there is follow through its exactly opposite of what they preach.
