My team. I work with some very smart, funny, and hard-working people. I love that I can learn so much from them and the different viewpoints and ideas that they bring.

There is a strong commitment to balance, and thinking of balance in a few ways. My largest appreciation comes from how we continue to strive to balance the remote vs having connections to the team in person.

I like the fact that the leadership team is transparent about information, our regular company meetings are filled with information that keeps people in the loop. They are also very approachable and genuinely care about the people that work here.

I really enjoy seeing the positive progress in many ways, projects, new IZEAns, new clients, etc. I also love that my team is growing and the people who have joined my team are amazing and have helped me grow so much.

My team itself? It's hard to say what I like best because I like everything about my team. I couldn't have a more supportive, committed, creative and inviting team. Knowing them not just as coworkers but also as people is truly an honor.
