The Leadership team openly communicates business results and lets everyone know what the overall goal of the Company is.
Most people work well together. There are always conflicts but they don't impact the overall workplace, sometimes just two or three people on the team who are not getting along.
The Irvings are good owners, people will complain but I think those are people who will never be happy. We get lots of perks, good pay. It's a good company to work for. The only down side is the rotating shift work.,
