None of the managers have a tech background. And they have no idea what "technical difficulties" means, instead they will push you to work overtime to launch products with some unrealistic deadlines.
Speed comes at a cost of quality. It's unrealistic to have some big features launched in less than a week. And if transparency is in the culture please share more about the company's valuation.
