
It varies quite a bit by division, from what I hear. I am part of the Adient spin-off from JCI, which has a pretty typical automotive supplier culture. Work hard when there's a lot of work to do to meet a deadline, and then hang out for a few months until the next deadline is looming. Also finance is king, though they want to pretend that it's an enginnering / innovation centered culture.
Very hostile. We have one coworker in particular that makes you walk on eggshells during the workday. She will call HR on you if you look at her the wrong way. It makes work miserable and management can't do anything about her.
There Is not much communication from management. Its not always a bad thing but sometimes it leaves employees in the dark about processes or direction.
