
Hyperconverged should be it's own unit, and it's ability to nuke PCON for the rest of DCG and then to blame the rest of DCG for not making PCON is extremely unfair.
Middle Management is too busy fighting each other for headcount funding to care about selling. Middle Management has no power to make changes to adapt, and we are two focused on a quarter close revenue to actually work with our customers for what they need vs what we hope to convince them to buy.
We are too secretive, or insular by nature. There is no collaboration up/down the chain of command. I'd love to feel like when I identify a challenge with a product line that there is someone willing to listen vs ignoring something anyway or worse, react that how dare I think I can say anything
