LensCrafters – I ordered a pair if frames, "Shiny Crystal" believing them to be "clear" frames. Who wouldn't? I immediately received an order confirmation stating the frames were "blue". Whithin 5 minutes of placing my order, i contacted Lenscrafters/Luxottica customer service to cancel the order. "Not allowed" !!
