
Easy and quick, since employees are needed badly

Coworkers truly care about helping people with mental health concerns. Unfortunately, corporate does not. If it did, the company would be managed much differently.
Communicating with employees; rewarding good work ethic; selecting middle and lower managers who understand jobs at hand; ensuring that employees receive proper training and support; providing databases and other tools that are functional and accurate
Existing patients who need medical or therapeutic services are not assigned in a systematic manner. New patients can make virtual appointments online, but little concern is given to location, which will be a problem when insurance companies demand in-office visits. Attention to detail would help.
Lip service and pats on the back are not enough when an employee truly cares about a job. Monetary rewards and advancement go a long way to retain good employees. LifeStance has not figured out that encouragement of mediocre or poor work ethic and rapid growth without proper staffing gains nothing.
