
Im not sure because since Shutterfly bought Lifetouch, there is little to no communication about what is going on.
We all feel the same way about Lifetouch. The benefits and pay are awesome, but the management team is horrible and unprofessional.
We need to be brought up to date with the status of the buy out, our benefits and our future with this new company.
It was the ESOP program, but since being sold to Shutterfly we are all very worried about our ESOPs and they are not giving us any information about it.
I was supervised by a person that really should have been fired years ago for not knowing their job. This person knew NOTHING about what I did or how I did it. Yet, he was my supervisor/manager and did my reviews.
