We're a remote team and Lullabot makes an outstanding effort to keep its workforce connected both professionally and personally. I feel closer to my fellow 'Bots after only a short stint with the company than I ever did at past co-located jobs.

Though Lullabot's business structure isn't technically flat, it feels like it is. Our leadership is very down-to-earth, personable, and open about the health of the business. It's refreshing to feel so involved and valued in the general discussions about the direction the company's headed.

We work with high profile clients whose projects can become very demanding on short notice. Lullabot management is expert at keeping its developers stress-free while remaining encouraging and motivating. We know how to rise when it's crunch-time, but it never feels like too much.

I like to be trusted to get my work done without constant monitoring of my progress. I believe I'm trustworthy because I am afforded that trust. Everyone at Lullabot is treated like the responsible adults they are and lots of serious (and seriously good) work gets done as a result.
