He's too new to know for sure but since he's been on we have experienced drastic cutbacks from staffing to suffering with the worst toilet paper available in the restrooms. My hunch is he's a delight to the shareholders but bad news for the well being of associates.

I know Jeff Genette personally. He is a decent and extremely smart CEO. He is well liked and generally respected. He is working on getting better advising and that is important.
