By "vacation" you mean PTO? I dont know how it works for the retail stores; but in the warehouse "vacation" time falls under the umbrella of PTO. Which seems to be given based on How long someone has been with the company. starting off, a warehouse associate might only see 36 hours (approx. 3days) of PTO in their first entire year. The next tier an associate might expect 72 (approx. 6days) hours of PTO to last a whole year. I, personally, have been a warehouse associate for 5years will hopefully have 132 hours (approx. 11days) come this fiscal year. There is also the matter of Safe/Sick time that has come into effect in Arizona this last July. Which requires companys to give at least a minimum of 40 hours accrument of paid time off. We are told that a portion of our hard-earned PTO is redesignatated into this AZSafe/Sick time. essentially are being robbed of our PTO when it should be separate. To answer the question: No, the vacation policy is not sufficient for warehouse associates

Like others have said, you earn time as a full time associate but it takes an act of Congress to get it approved and there is a “key day” sale (which there is several times a month) you can’t ask for time off. Also good luck getting it approved. It is NOT as easy as they tell prospective employees.

It’s reasonable, again the higher you are or the longer you’ve been there the better it is. Between holiday sick days and vacation I could have been gone for 5 - 6 weeks.

The vacation time is fine but you'll never get approval to take the time off and you will lose all of your time.

They give you vaca after a certain period. There are times you cannot take it depending on your department.

Unless you are full-time or 20hour part-time or more you don't get any played time off.

You can take vacation anytime except during blackout periods, which there are quite a few.

No vacations during thanksgiving or Christmas season. You accrue time yearly.
