I recently quit. I worked 40 hours a week and if your department is doing good they leave you alone. If your department is doing bad they watch your every move and make sure tonpoint our every little mistake you make. They never want to hear about how it’s the weather effecting business. They think it’s always got to be something we as sales people did wrong.

Co-workers are great. Some are not. Managers are the worse. All they want are the sales and get people to sign up for credit cards. If people want to sign great, if not, we shouldn’t have to force customers to do something they don’t want and then we get punished if the quota isn’t met.

I work a total of 25-30hrs a week 6hrs a day. The vibe in the sales Dept is low. Low moral is a constant problem. There is no team work. Why care about my Dept if no one else does.
