This company is lead by managers that are overworked and not able to do their job. Store managers that like to pretend they know what’s happening and seinior managers that know even less. It’s old people trying to be cool and know what the kids want.

What leadership? The managers walk around, what is there duties? I never see a Mgr help with recovery or putting out stock. They will give direction once and not follow up on the direction.

My personal manager is good, though the staffing is often not sufficient on key days, and Friday and Saturday nights.
