
If I knew that my passion for my Dept and my hard work and me expecting everyone to do the same, caring about how my Dept looks and is merchandised, being open and honest about my feelings about my Dept would make me a target to be Hated. I would never have joined Macys.
Ask for higher starting wage and don’t do more than what is your job description. If you do more they will let you do it and give you no credit for it.
I wish I would have known that there is no reason to accept a position without an increase in pay and that I would be doing the work of 10 people.
how you get rid of people as they get older....build tenure unless you are store mgr they get a golden parachute and nice severance package...
