How's the morale at Macy's?

low.....and associates can get back at mgrs. by writing untrue things about someone in mgmt. that then get the store a bad review, then the store suffers. well now I know they changed the whole survey procedure. the store mgr did not get along with some associates, they got her back by the previous survey questions and discussion

Not very high these days. There has been a shift in many areas. Engagement was a huge plus but new management is all about the business and the employees do not matter anymore. It's sad how things have turned for the worse.

There is no morale. Associates have stopped caring, it’s more like go in do my job and my hours and I’m gone. If no one is going to care why should I.

Macy’s is one of the highest leading department store the people here are wonderful and very helpful . Good leadership and good with people.

They can't wait to smoke cigarettes and talk about you behind your back.

Morale would indicate that anyone at Macy's is allowed to have self-worth.

They don’t care unless you’re not bothering them
