
pay people a living wage. more management people who can really train engagement qualities. champagne taste on beer money. stores are becoming a dinosaur. not enough on floor to sell the mdse to straighten and maintain floors according to standards. if the one assoc you have on one half of the total selling is buried behind a register...what do you do?
Tell them they really know why they are doing. The brand is magic. But the real question is, why would someone go to work there when you have better alternatives within the retail industry.
