The organization is very unstable right now with many changes happening. It’s definitely not a right time. I would recommend keeps yourself well Aware of the changes happening around and be proactive

I would not want anyone to work there. Not enough support given to do your job. Under paid too. But if you work, just know it will get easier with experience.

Keep looking for another job. Macy's is only good as a temporary job until you can find something with a future.

Don't get a Macy's credit card, and put some of that paycheck in a 401k.
