    Provide the tools and time to get the job done. Don't expect 1 person to do a teams job and extra projects with no help and time to do it

    Macys is hiring people way too young. I'm retail 35 years and my boss is 23 with no retail experience. How am I suppose to respect them?

    Everything. Macy's will promote anyone and when it comes time to cut jobs they cut the best managers and newly promoted get demoted or fired
