I was laid off for no reason, and the last 3 years have turned out to be the worst I ever endured. No one you cant keep your stores open.

I have been there for years n they start people on higher wages or higher there friends from other areas they worked n pay more

I have been @ Macy's for 9yrs and can only receive merit raise which is little or nothing. Other retailers offer higher wages!

Pay raise is pitiful. No sick days No vacation. i take over for a supervisor whos absent & get 'paid' with "personal development"

I some who work over 30 years and and get paid less than $15.00 per hour. Do you think that's fair ?

If your not a millineal then your opinion doesn't count. Company walked away from service and customers. Truly a discount retailer..very sad

Over the years Macy's has closed store and positions at existing stores, resulting in sales associates doing multiple jobs for less pay!

Everyone start out with the same pay, regardless of experiences and once you get your merit increase it's minimal.
