It varies by department. Overall, I think they attempt to make a very large company feel small. Some departments are better at it than others. My experience is that it's been very family friendly, supportive and overall incredibly positive.

Like a circus , its loud. There not afraid of what they say or where they say it. They think that it's okay , and no one says otherwise.
