One major focus was teachability: I had two interviewers, the first asked me to pitch a product (for a sales job), gave me advice on how to improve, and then the second interviewer asked me to pitch to her, and she noticed that I took the first interviewer's advice.

The culture focuses on fundamental needs for the employee, starting at focus on the individual, then on their family, then on their job, and then on the community. We do service projects together during workdays a few times a year, and they also are very supportive of you tending to family needs.
