

Accountability for showing up and pulling equal weight. When some employees operate under entirely different standards with no consequences, it demoralizes the people who actually show up and do the work.
Accountability and consistency. Policies need to be enforced equally across the board, not selectively based on who management wants to avoid a difficult conversation with. Leadership needs to understand that conflict avoidance isn't kindness it just transfers the burden onto the employees who act
