Authoritative, decisive leadership at the manager level... and at the regional manager level. Both are weak leaders who see no benefit in a well-trained workforce.
Need to get better at leading. My manager is massively inexperienced and has no confidence, making dispute resolution nearly impossible. They'd rather fire the new guy than deal with the problem employee.
When I feel like a full team member. And I love the guest relationships! I love being a sleep advocate, helping people sleep well, so they can live well. I bought in to this 100%!
