Executives should look in to pay raises for everyone throughout the store. With a retailers success, the success is attributed to EVERYONE working in the 20+ retail stores. As MicroCenter continues to grow and prosper, the teams in the retail side should see their fare share of prosperity.
The increase does not have to be dramatic. There has not been an increase in wages in a long time. Increasing hourly rate all across the retail side will incentivize your employees to practice Micro Center's goals to a greater extent. It benefits us as a company and individuals.
