
Mimeo coworkers are great for the most part, albeit not always the most intelligent. The coworkers were the only part that kept me there so long.
I felt highly undervalued during my time at Mimeo. Requests for a raise were ignored which led to me leaving for a company that recognized my worth.
Mimeo leadership tends to be immature, with a few notable exceptions. Promotions within leadership is performed with favoritism through the inner circle and high performance is not rewarded.
Mimeo needs a complete overhaul of leadership and the addition of a sales training program which is currently nonexistent. The current culture is toxic and performance is not rewarded which leads to the little bit of quality talent leaving once they get frustrated.
