What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very strategic. They drive accountability.
Strategic leadership that cares about employees at every turn.
Leadership is experienced and thoughtful, with a friendly, open door policy. Company-wide internal communication isn't always regular, but there seems to be efforts to improve this.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
leadership needs to be more transparent with employees. they need to give timelines on promotions and reward top performing employees
Mimeo leadership tends to be immature, with a few notable exceptions. Promotions within leadership is performed with favoritism through the inner circle and high performance is not rewarded.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
great benefits especially medical, dental, 401k
Totally fair even in a time when other companies are furloughing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I did not feel I was compensated fairly based on my performance. I asked for a raise was flat out told no
I felt highly undervalued during my time at Mimeo. Requests for a raise were ignored which led to me leaving for a company that recognized my worth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
weekly all employee meetings with CEO are a great way to know what's going on globally across all the business lines
Team is totally collaborative and leadership is inspirational
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Mimeo cowrkers are great for the most part. the coworkers were the only reason i stayed for as long as i did
Mimeo coworkers are great for the most part, albeit not always the most intelligent. The coworkers were the only part that kept me there so long.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of room to be impactful. leadership recognizes dedication and hard work. inclusive and equitable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company culture is extremely immature and feels like a frat in college, which made the transition from college easy but got old quickly

i liked that every manager seemed to care a lot about the company but i did interview with too many people

What makes you most happy at work?
Colleagues make me most happy. also lots of benefits like free espresso and happy hours every friday pre pandemic
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Mimeo needs a complete overhaul of leadership and the addition of a sales training program which is currently nonexistent. The current culture is toxic and performance is not rewarded which leads to the little bit of quality talent leaving once they get frustrated.
