What are some of the best things about your team?weekly all employee meetings with CEO are a great way to know what's going on globally across all the business lines

What do you like best about the leadership team?Very strategic. They drive accountability.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Mimeo needs a complete overhaul of leadership and the addition of a sales training program which is currently nonexistent. The current culture is toxic and performance is not rewarded which leads to the little bit of quality talent leaving once they get frustrated.
