Make it more thorough and hire better candidates. Offer better wages.
Pay people better wages. People will then show up and you will not be short-staffed forcing a few people to carry the workload and burden of the many.
Better management Better training Better wages Offering PTO to non-employees Offering more incentives to non-employees Better organization of management Better organization of resources They really need to focus on bettering everything. This company is a mess.
There are usually no group meetings. Everything is done via slack messages or emails. There can be a lot of things misconstrued as management never follows up to ensure you are following proper procedure. You only hear about something when you do it wrong. Then you are egregiously reprimanded.
They need to actually learn the services or products that are being offered, so they can properly train people. They are often left in the dark on the basics of the CS of what they are representing, believe it or not. They are little to no help when you have questions on workflows.
There are no raises ever on a project. Seniority does not matter. It doesn't matter if you get a 100% QA or a 20% QA, you will still make the same amount of money. If someone just signs onto a project you've been on for a couple years, they will make the same amount per hour as you. Terrible.
