    Yes! Very much so, I have switched three times, and not due to bad bosses, but because I wanted to have new experiences and growth opportunities and in every situation my leadership has been very supportive - just be sure you tell your boss what your goals are - be very upfront with where you want to go. They will help you. People at NFCU want you to succeed - Yes every company has bad seeds but trust me just try another department - there is a reason people stay at NFCU for 30 years
