I have a dispute with NETSPEND since 2021,and they keep misplacing my dispute. #smh
I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER for over 20 years and I was treated like trash today, on MOTHER'S DAY of all the I had a dispute with my card, and customer service was not helpful. I asked to speak with a supervisor multiple times and was told there were none to speak with. I am disgusted!
