
I enjoyed that it was not with just one individual, but a whole team, and I got to hear perspectives from a variety of different positions within the company.
I appreciate how easy it is to communicate with higher ups within the company. As an entry-level new hire this level of communication goes a long way for learning the ropes quickly and efficiently.
I not only feel like I am appreciated at work like my job, but have fun just interacting with coworkers. The atmosphere is very open and I am never afraid to ask a question, which is a huge benefit in preventing stagnation.
There is pressure to perform since the team is very highly skilled, but mistakes are always expected and I have found the leadership team does a great job leading with positive reinforcement vs negative criticism. This has allowed me to put my best work forward and enjoy the process.
They are very good at their job, but also good at explaining and teaching it. When I ask a question, it is almost a guarantee that the leaders of my team will have the answer or know where to direct me. Also I am able to get these answers very quickly which makes my time more efficient.
