
Some of the new ELT seems to be really invested in making improvements to increase CSAT
Improve equity/inclusion for those with disabilities/handicaps/conditions. Make remote attendance of events accessible and inclusive. Also, please train management on language that gives the perception that those who attend in-person are sacrificing more ("thank you for taking time away...")
There needs to be more done around equity and access for people with disabilities or limitations. Due to medical issues, I was not able to attend company events in-person and, in one situation, no remote joining was provided. In another situation, the remote attendance setup was poorly organized
