    The company does not provide training. They will accept jobs even if they have no one who knows how to work with the language or technology. They make money by paying their employees below market rate and being the lowest bidder. They will tell you what they think you want to hear to get you to accept employment. The broculture is strong. They gaslight and undermine your confidence. They will happily set you up to fail. Be careful taking a job with Nexient.

    They do not provide training no matter what they say about "bootcamps". There are no code reviews. Many of the projects are pretty crappy. Do not expect to learn how to code better at Nexient.
