What are some of the best things about your team?
Our practice team is full of intelligent and supportive people, making life much more enjoyable. Our team members are very cool and fun people who are always happy to help each other or talk about interesting things and advocate for each other's success.
Teams work together in an environment of collaboration, each person has different skills so we work together to leverage those and learn from each other.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great people from a lot of different backgrounds, collaborating to create value for our clients. The company actively invests in employees thru training and opportunities to grow our individual value.

I really like the Town Halls where the CEO shares company outcomes, new clients and business strategy. But there are a lot of fun activities too: rafting trips, potlucks, festivals, lunch and learns on technical and fun topics like urban gardening, game nights every month, etc

Interviews are super friendly, they're welcoming the candidate, outlining the purpose and structure of the interview. One of the best thing is they make a quick decision.
