The initial screening, telephone interview was less than 15 minutes-- and the salary was divulged in those 15 minutes. I was also asked if I had a "problem" with the exceptionally low salary because the interviewer wanted to know before scheduling me for a second interview. The second interview had three parts and took about an hour and a half.
