Everyone works hard to want to get things done and we almost never leave the discussion without a solution set in mind.

The diversity and inclusion that the NIH tries to promote has had a lot of positive effects on me and my co-workers. I feel a lot more comfortable going about my day knowing that they have acts in place to protect my rights.

NIH has a history of poor management. In certain i stitutes, like NHLBI, the inmates are running the asylum. Bullying, harrassment and retaliation are part of the culture and management does very little to contain or discourage it. My employment at NIH was a waste of time that I cannot get back.

What do you value most about this brand?

NIH really is the best. Their workers always do the best they can, and even when they can't save someone, you always know they've tried their hardest.
