How employees describe working at NIH
I go to work each day and my co-workers help me. My boss is nice and encouraging.
NIH really is the best. Their workers always do the best they can, and even when they can't save someone, you always know they've tried their hardest.
NIH has a history of poor management. In certain i stitutes, like NHLBI, the inmates are running the asylum. Bullying, harrassment and retaliation are part of the culture and management does very little to contain or discourage it. My employment at NIH was a waste of time that I cannot get back.
