I used to love working at NSF, by after so many years of <1% annual raises (despite stellar annual reviews), a complete lack of respect from management, constant turnover of employees, and most recently, a disastrous "tranformation" (an excuse to lay off people to cut costs), I dread work every day.
NSF is dying a slow death.
