Benefits are offered at a moderate cost. Good choice of benefit options.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1.5x the money. Literally money
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works hard to want to get things done and we almost never leave the discussion without a solution set in mind.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity and inclusion that the NIH tries to promote has had a lot of positive effects on me and my co-workers. I feel a lot more comfortable going about my day knowing that they have acts in place to protect my rights.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Fire half of the 'administration'

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Literally a joke. You have to travel and the expenses for your own interview for a PhD position and the interview took place in an 8x10 break room
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers make me the most happy, without a doubt.
