Equitable pay across the whole organization
It was laid back and relaxed
Going through more DEIA training
They at least listen when you need to vent and you're not negatively reproached for it.
I would feel more valued if pay is more evenly distributed and not kept at starvation wages like a for-profit.
The company can use a more equitable pay model. Some teams just aren't paid enough and the whole team suffers because of it.
