Leadership has a vision to help kids and to expand the reach of the org.
Transparency and feedback is give and received.
Transparent, highly communicative, accountable, know they have to model what they look for.
I believe they are doing what they think is best for kids.

communication , speed, organization, talent aquistion, retention
Equitable pay across the whole organization
Determining need vs want. Value the people doing the work, not the talking heads managing up.
Generous PTO and good health insurance.
Contribution to retirement is 15%.
Insurance and wellness plan benefits
Wellness stipend is the best
Paid time off with rollover and pay-out upon separation.

Smart, driven, hard-working people that care about kids.
Lots of great people to learn from
Super smart and committed to mission
Smartest people I've ever worked with.

The interviewers were kind and the process was well described and matched the description.
Met the people I'd be working with. Had a chance to really ask questions.
Getting to ask questions of many people.

I like the opportunities I get to learn new things on the clock.
Challenging tasks and completing my work
That I get to work from home 100% and not deal with the issues plaguing Old Town Portland.
Colleagues. Doing work that makes a difference.
The company can use a more equitable pay model. Some teams just aren't paid enough and the whole team suffers because of it.
They're committed to doing the right thing by kids.
Improved diversity, but they've made a commitment to hiring remote staff to achieve that, which is what it takes when you're based in Portland.
