15% 403b for retirement. You can put money in yourself, but NWEA pays an instant 15%. 4-6 weeks of PTO. 4 weeks 0-1 year, 5 1-2 year, 6 2+ years. PTO rolls over year to year, you can max out at 480 hours. All health is covered if you are only covering yourself (vision, dental, health). NWEA gives $400 a month flex pay to help families offset health insurance costs. Free onsite parking for employees in the Portland downtown office.
