Leadership has a vision to help kids and to expand the reach of the org.
Transparency and feedback is give and received.
Transparent, highly communicative, accountable, know they have to model what they look for.
I believe they are doing what they think is best for kids.

Be more transparent and outline exactly what plans are. Don't be so ambiguous.

Equitable pay across the whole organization
Determining need vs want. Value the people doing the work, not the talking heads managing up.
