What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
DEIA is strong and there is a vision for inclusiveness and equity.
Feedback and kindness among team members.
They at least listen when you need to vent and you're not negatively reproached for it.
Personable, committed, everyone knows the mission and is committed to it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Value and reward employees. Stripping employees of merit increases for the most productive year of our history was demoralizing and demotivating.
They need to slow down on the "Initiatives" we are getting over our skis on technology and "innovation". We need to plan further ahead. We can't do 2 years of work in 6 months.
