I went through some health complications while working at this company. They were very understanding and flexible. Health complications can be difficult but the way that OJO responded certainly made it easier to go through. Very thankful for this company.

They're intelligent and approachable. It seems more and more rare these days to have an approachable leadership team. They'll also pivot when necessary. 10/10

Everyone is friendly here. It doesn't sound like much, but it goes a long way. It allows for a good environment. Anyone from any department can ask a question to any one. It really keeps the lines of communication open.

I loved the communication and the transparency. I was considering other companies at the time but after talking with Naveed - I knew OJO Labs was where I wanted to work. I wanted to be around folks as intellectual as Naveed.
