OJO is a great place to work if you like to solve tough problems in what seems like an impossible amount of time. There is a ton of opportunity and never enough time to get things perfect. It can be chaotic at times, so you definitely have to be comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace.

Everyone has a realistic understanding of the gap between where we are and where we want to be. Some processes are being defined as the work is being done, which can cause some confusion vis-a-vis responsibilities, but any missteps are borne out of desire to help our consumers, and quickly addressed
