There is a good balance of culture events that allows folks to opt into the things that interest them without feeling like they are required to do so. It doesn't feel forced.
Everyone on my team is willing to lend a hand wherever they can. There is a high level of psychological safety - everyone feels comfortable expressing their opinion and having friendly debates about various things.
Although time consuming, I found the project very useful to get a taste for what it would be like working at OJO and interacting with some of the people who would be on my team. It also made the interview feel less arbitrary than just the one on one interviews.
